Meet Your Workshop Leaders


Chris Russo

Chris Russo is a brand advisor, digital marketer, and partnership builder. As founder of Russo Strategic Partners, Chris works with authors, experts, and media personalities to help them hone their message and grow their online business. He works with a range of personalities, including TV style expert Clinton Kelly and New York City news anchor Tamsen Fadal. He also works with major brands such as Blue Apron and Silverstein Properties, the developer of the World Trade Center.

Marta Tracy

Marta Tracy is the founder of Marta Tracy Media, a boutique media/PR firm specializing in creating, building, and pitching health and wellness brand stories to multiple-media platforms: TV, digital media, radio, and podcasts. She’s also a brand-builder pulling from 30 years of experience as a producer, programmer, and development executive for major companies such as HBO, E! Networks, CBS, Sony Pictures Television, and As one of the original creators of E! Networks and experience producing 100s of hours of TV and digital content, Marta is an authentic leader in brand development, content creation, and publishing.

Karen Kelly

Karen Kelly is a seasoned collaborative writer who has worked with some of the top names in business, lifestyle, culture, and design.  Her clients include Jonathan and Drew Scott (“The Property Brothers”); Jon Taffer (Bar Rescue), and Karen Lynch (CEO of CVSHealth, the world’s seventh largest company), and many others.  She is known for her unique ability to capture the unique voices of her clients and express their ideas with originality.
